Dolls are made and dispatch from Great Britain (UK)
Delivery prices are as follows:
£5.99 UK
£30 Worldwide

Blank kits will dispatch within 1-3 working days.
Painted babies are made to order and will dispatch in 2 - 6 weeks.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking link.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK -

- IMPORT CLEARANCE IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY -
On rare occasions, the courier may request information such as your TAX ID or Social Security Number to complete clearance.
This information is obtained by the courier on behalf of your country's government.

- USA CUSTOMERS -
No additional import fees will be due on your shipment.

- WORLDWIDE (excluding USA) -
- IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBLITY TO PAY ADDITIONAL IMPORT FEES -
Some countries may charge a fee for you to import goods from outside your country.
This is out of our control and we would advise consulting your local government website for further information prior to placing your order
Import fees, if applicable, will be payable by card through the tracking link once your order has entered your country

- RETURNS INFORMATION -

We hope you love your baby.

The Silicone Doll Company accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. The doll must be returned to us in the exact same condition that you received it, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Postage costs are non-refundable. An admin fee of £15 will also be deducted from your refund which covers the fees involved to process your payment and order.
